From a University feasibility study on cotton surf shorts called Bermuda Baggies, Makin Waves has grown to be the biggest active lifestyle retailer in Bermuda. For over 30 years we have been committed to bringing top brands to the Bermuda market, and are focused on a constant evolution of our product mix as styles shift, and the needs of our customers evolve. With an emphasis on activities in, on, and under the water, we take pride in selling clothing brands that we wear daily, and products that we personally use while enjoying Bermuda's waters, be it paddle boarding, boating, snorkeling, spear fishing, diving, or just hangin' at the pool or beach.

Primarily focusing on the needs of our Bermuda residents, we are open Monday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm. During the summer months we sell all the top surf brands like Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, Vissla, Hurley, and O'Neill to name a few. In the winter, we add Patagonia, The North Face, and Columbia to our product mix. Throughout the year you will find a fully stocked dive and snorkeling section, as well as Yeti coolers and drink wear, paddleboards, flip flops, sunglasses, sailing gear, suncare, and SO MUCH MORE!>

Primarily focusing on the needs of our visitors, we are open daily from 10am to 4pm. With most items branded with BERMUDA, you are sure to find the perfect souvenir for you, or those who were unfortunately left behind.>
