Do you ship internationally?

We welcome orders from customers worldwide! However, all orders must be picked up at our store location in Bermuda. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our store is located in Bermuda. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup instructions and our store address.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! If you're unable to pick up your order personally, you can authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf. Please contact us with the details of who will be picking up your order.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Orders are held for pickup for 30 days from the date you receive your ready-for-pickup notification. Please contact us if you need additional time.

No, local pickup is free of charge.

Can I place an order if I'm visiting Bermuda?
